Dear Dr. P H Waghodekar sir,
As always, you have put the things in correct perspective. We have a very balanced judiciary system in the country. We must be patient enough to let the judiciary take the issue to its logical conclusion. No mud slinging and no fishing in troubled waters. There are enough issues for all the political parties to stay relevant. For heavens sake, let them stay away from this issue and keep nation first.
Regards
K.P.MISHRA

Subject: Re: [MTC Global] JNU tops the NAAC
To my knowledge no wise man can blame/defame the organization because of a few evil elements. JNU is a Central University, pride of the nation and as I understand no one as yet blamed JNU as a whole responsible for for the sad event, Let us ponder on:
"Last two weeks events at JNU, Patiala Court and in Haryana have confused many people about nationalist and anti national activities and people's so different responses to them".
There cannot be two opinions on nationalism and anti-nationalism. It is the intellectuals and politically motivated people who are creating confusion about these well-known terms. All know that talking publicly against an organization or even the boss is unbearable, unethical, intolerable and undesirable. Let the law take her own action. No one can play the role of judiciary. Then how can the great Indian leaders make their own judgment? University, State and MHRD are in process as per law. Then why this uncalled interference? If these three agencies do not act as per law, then certainly one can approach SC of India. This has been witnessed by us in many recent Govt. scams like Coal and G3 committed by the then Govt, and SC had shown the place to the giants.
Believe in our Constitution and Judiciary, respect them.

Dear all,
JNU is definitely one of the best, if not the best, educational institution of the country.
The bogey of patriotism is a deliberate attempt by vested interests to malign the institute. Few students or outsiders making anti national slogans should have been identified and taken to task as per law of the land and not branding the whole institution as anti national, sparing the country of the current divisive surge.
There is so much falsehood and crafted misinformation being spread all around on social media to spread hatred. This is also anti national activity.
The society is again so much polarized during last two weeks, which is not definitely desirable.
India is multicultural society and we should respect each others sensibilities for national integrity.
Last two weeks events at JNU, Patiala Court and in Haryana have confused many people about nationalist and anti national activities and people's so different responses to them.

NAAC accreditation presents a quantitative assessment for such parameters as space, head counts, results, placement, infrastructure, etc., and hardly takes care of value generation like loyalty to the country, outcome contributing to society and nation, etc. It means NAAC assessment cannot be a complete and acceptable assessment of any institute. Under our culture, therefore, it is not desirable and scientific to co-relate NAAC score with the other social/national values expected to be inculcated by our education system.
