Job Title: BI Report Developer w/ Jasper
Location: Worcester, MA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Key skills for this: Experience with enterprise reporting tool such as Jasper Studio understand what schema is about to write custom reports and build dashboard)-native to the Oncore System, its embedded into the Oncore system, SSRS, or SAP and OnCore (CTMS) is secondary. Understand data structure for system, heavy reporting.
Soft Skills: good communication to work with Manager and customer to understand what data should be reported and how it should be formatted
Project Details:
They purchased OnCore CRM. This is a commercially available software that will be installed at UMMS to manage all aspects of the clinical trial management operations. The implementation project has kicked off in January 2016.
OnCore Implementation project will deliver a comprehensive enterprise research system which will provide capabilities to establish a central place for protocol and subject lifecycle management. This major initiative will provide researchers, clinicians and administrators with the ability to enhance operational efficiencies and financial management, while also providing greater visibility into our clinical research portfolio.
Key primary long term goals for implementing the Clinical Trial Management Software include:
Establishing capabilities to ensure we get paid for what we do, and do not bill parties who shouldn't be billed.
Enhance transparency and sharing of information between study team, department and central administrative units and between UMMS and performance sites.
Enhance operational efficiency, financial management and system integrations.
Support institutional reporting for CTSA and operational needs.
CTMS Reporting Specialist
The CTMS Reporting Specialist will be the primary person responsible for analyzing, designing, programming and testing the native reporting solution in OnCore (CTMS) via Jasper Studio; therefore, building a comprehensive enterprise reporting solution for the user community including clinicians, senior leadership, as well as administrators. This contractor will:
Start working on the project immediately
Work in a team environment with other CTMS team members and report to the CTMS project team lead
Configure the reporting service in OnCore production environment.
Analyze, design, program and test reporting solution via Jasper Studio
Work with technical teams from software vendor or other third party organizations
Understand the overall goals for implementing CTMS and the research eco system at UMMS
Work with the project team lead to plan work in order to reach the project milestones.
