Position : Desktop Management Specialist/ Systems Designer
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6+ Months
Interview : Phone then Face to Face

Job Description:

· This position is responsible for supporting personally owned smartphone devices that are utilizing Good for Enterprise.

· Since personal devices vary, this position will support operating systems including Android and iOS.

· Working knowledge of these operating systems and the ability to troubleshoot these platforms is a must.

Job Requirements

· Working knowledge of smartphones including Android and iOS

· Has the ability to walk people through troubleshooting steps over the phone

· Able to document issue for future reference

· Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

· Familiarity with corporate help desk ticketing

Preferred Skills Required:

· 1-2 years' experience with supporting mobile devices

· Previous experience with Good Mobile Messaging is a plus

· Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with technical, business, and management staff

· Highly motivated and dependable individual with excellent communication skills, including the ability to follow directions
