POSITION: Web Developer.
INTERVIEW: Phone/Skype.
LOCATION: Bellevue, WA.
DURATION: 6+ months.
Interview process is a phone interview with skype and it may be a one and done.
Min. Experience: Mid-Level
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Develop software modules that robustly implement web front end applications and restful web services that scale to high throughput rates and process large volumes of unstructured data in real-time
o Develop Unit Tests, assuring a high level of quality
o Be willing to learn new technologies
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
o Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
o 2+ Years' experience as a Software Engineer in Web application development
o Hands on experience with client-side JavaScript, HTML and CSS
o Experience with JavaScript libraries (Angular.JS, D3.js etc) is a plus
o Server-side JavaScript experience (Node.JS, Express.JS etc)
o Understanding of REST principles as well as the MVC patterns
o Good coding and design skills, strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Git, Bower, AngularJS, ReactJS, SocketIO, D3.js, Bootstrap, jQuery, MooTools, SASS/LESS, CSS3, Compass are all plusses , ES6, CoffeeScript.
