We have several accounts where we are currently looking for resources with Office 365 skills. I'm going to open a non-specific requisition for posting.
Please start a search for resources and we can peg them to our specific demands after we review the resumes. Try to give me a range of pricing and as many locals as you can.
Here is a generic role description and details.
Role Description:
1. Office 365 Tenant configuration
2. Office 365 services expertise with:
a. Exchange
b. Skype for Business (IM/Presence)
c. OneDrive for Business
d. Yammer
e. SharePoint (nice to have)
3. Active Directory /Azure Active Directory experience 2+ years
4. PowerShell expertise
5. Generalized networking experience (LAN,WAN, DNS, IP, Proxy)
6. Good additional skills:
a. Active Directory Federation Services
b. Ping! Federate or alternate Federation solutions
c. Dell Migration Manager for AD
d. Dell Migration Manger for Exchange
e. Dell On Demand Migrator
f. Dell Migration Manager for Notes
g. Coexistence Manager for Notes
h. Binary Tree migration tools
Soft skills include:
1. Solid English written and oral communications
2. Troubleshooting & level 2/3 support
3. Good at customer services (empathy when problems are occurring)
4. Self-reliant & self-starter
5. Operate with little direction – knows how to see the big picture of the overall objectives
