AEM/CQ - Web Developer, Sr

 

 

We are looking for an exceptional Java/JSP developer with a background in developing web applications in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will join a team that is responsible for developing and delivering websites on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your role will span all aspects of the software development lifecycle and you will collaborate closely with our marketing, user experience, design and web development teams.This position requires a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field, with hands-on coding experience. Critical skills include HTML, CSS and JavaScript front-end development in addition to a strong proficiency in Java for server-side development. Familiarity with RESTful web architectures and experience with scalability, availability and stability are desired.This position is ideal for someone with strong programming skills who wants to grow rapidly while working with latest web programming languages and technologies.

 

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

 

Atleast 3 years with AEM

 

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• Experience in Java programming and application development (3+ years)
• Ability to write well-designed, well-tested, high quality Java code in an agile development environment
• Hands on experience in building and deploying enterprise level Web Content Management solutions on Adobe AEM 6.x
• Development experience in core Java, J2EE, Sightly, Adobe AEM 6.x, RESTful web services and modern front end frameworks (Angular, jQuery/ Extjs, Bootstrap, LESS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of the Java Content Repository (JCR) suite, Sling web framework, Apache Felix OSGi framework, digital asset management and workflow is required
• Experience developing applications, templates, and components for Adobe AEM (WCM, DAM, CRX)
• Experience with continuous integration and automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
• Experience with web application security and secure code design
• Experience with LDAP, SSL/TLS, Proxy
• Experience with Google Web Toolkit
• Web Analytics / AEM related SEO best practices
• Desired Interpersonal and Communication Skills
