Job Title: Python Developer

Location: San Antonio , TX

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Rate: $40/Hr on C2C/1099

               

Skills: 2-4 years related experience required.

 

Job Description:

Recently Experience with the following:

Python - 2yrs (min) MUST HAVE

JavaScript - 2yrs (min)

AngularJS - 1yr (min)

GIT

Agile

HTML5

CSS

 

Preferred Skills:

Ruby

Tornado Web Framework

Object-Oriented Design

GULP

Testing Experience with Mocha, Chai, Simon

GitHub / Open Source

NoSQL

 

Other Necessary Skills: Adaptability with unforeseen changes, Self-sufficient/Self-Motivated-individual accountability , Team player

 

Project: Working on multiple software systems with the opportunity to do both front end development and backend API development. We are rebuilding an existing home grown system with cutting edge technology, which is a critical enhancement because every Racker who supports Cloud computing uses this system.

 

Day to Day: New development, peer review, unit testing, 80/20 split of Development/Test, participate in daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning meetings.
