Recently, we had a discussion with an employer from whom we were shocked to note that the industries, especially banking like service sectors are going to be stunned of non-availability of employees having such skills in few years as the younger generation is full of spoon-feeding and as a result they lack practical applications and further needed aforesaid qualities.
