Senior Business Systems Analyst(Retail Industry experience.)

New Jersey

6+ months

 

 Position responsibilities:

• Elicit and prioritize requirements from a broad base of users and create extensive mapping documents to support data migrations.
• Conduct extensive JAD Sessions.
• Develop such items as BRDs, as well as AS-IS and TO-BE Documents.
• Perform FIT GAP Analysis.
• Document requirements and use cases using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Support Developers during development phase by continuously communicating requirements and concepts in a technical manner.
• Participate in back-end testing using SQL.
