Job Description

We are looking for 1 - 2 individuals with experience managing the detailed planning for large-scale operations changes.  Specifically, we are looking for someone who: 1) Can help to develop detailed work plans with the client program leads - to the task / owner level 2) Can take the detailed work plans and summarize the major activities for higher level resource planning and time allocation 3) Has experience project planning in an operations heavy environment.    The main functions will be interacting with are the SVP of Supply Chain, Engineering (for plant and manufacturing equipment planning), Manufacturing Supply Planning (plant level planning for shutdowns, inventory levels, etc.) and R&D (ingredient and formula integration).   Required Skills This position is largely an operations focused integration, so an ideal candidate would have some exposure / working knowledge of planning these types of transitions, and have 3 - 5 years' experience with this type of work.  In terms of other skills, proficiency in MS Project or another project planning tool is required (client is open to other options but MS project proficiency at a minimum). Detailed project management (experience building detailed project plans vs. managing them)   Nice to Have Experience in the Food Manufacturing industry
