Workday Functional Analyst

Location: Irvine CA 92612

Duration: 6-12 month contract

Ideal candidates will have experience with Workday Core HR and Compensation and Security. HCM implementation experience is highly desired.

 

·         Workday Payroll is a huge plus,more on the side of gathering requirements.

·         Experience in aligning systems and processes to business needs

·         Have an analytical and logical approach to problem solving

·         Skilled in working with multiple HR SMEs in understanding requirements to build sustainable design

·         Strong knowledge of HCM foundation, business processes, reports and security in Workday.

·         Extensive testing and test scripting knowledge.

·         Strong Excel and Access skills.

·         Good verbal and written communication. Ability to translate user requirements to technical/system design.

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment

·         Ability to work and adapt to change quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints

·         Support HR lead in Workday project in conducting design workshops, build and unit test configuration.

·         Requirements, design documentation and test scripting.

·         system and user testing.

·         Identify and conduct regular data audits and validations.

·         Coordinate requirements catering across multiple HR teams.
