  • Develop full-scale project plans with well-defined Sprints to cover the upcoming iterations of deliverables, and obtain client acceptance on the same
  • Facilitate stand-ups managing sprint activities, identifying challenges/dependencies, devising contingencies, and resolving conflicts within project team
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fluid environment with a strong drive to succeed

Job Description
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1b or otherwise). 

Qualifications Basic 
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education • At least 6 years of experience with SKILLS SET Skill Set
  • Must have strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and developing Test Automation frameworks using Java
  • Must have extensive experience with Selenium Web Driver
  • Good SQL knowledge with hands-on experience of Oracle database
  • Must have experience in Functional testing and leading the team
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Based testing
  • Hand on experience with Git, Stash and Jira
  • Good understanding and hands on experience with test automation of RESTful web service
  • Strong understanding of various testing cycles and release activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong understanding of tiered architecture
  • A track record of solving problems and getting things done in a fast pace, ever evolving environment

  • Strong scripting and/or coding on PowerShell
  • Operate enterprise systems that leverage SQL 2012/2014 including strong T-SQL skills, SQL server Database, Performance Troubleshooting and tuning, SSRS report development and troubleshooting using knowledge of SSIS & SSAS and related troubleshooting
  • IIS Administration- Web Site setup, migration, troubleshooting complex issues, SSL certificate management.
  • Operate enterprise systems deployed on Windows Server 2008/2012 and IIS 7/8 including administration, implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Work on Monitoring tools such as SCOM or any other.
  • Metrics collection
  • Leadership skills: Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills.
  • Manage and deliver multiple project phases at the same time, and manage ongoing operational issues with longer term strategic work.
  • Implementing and operating systems within MOF/ITIL frameworks 
  • Manage supportability and troubleshoot the availability of applications, properties, systems, networks, and servers for high availability enterprise systems.
