Must Haves:

J2EE for Middleware, Spring MVC framework, Hibernate, JQuery, Web Services

J2EE, REST and Spring MVC are the most critical skills.

 

Required Skills:

Should have experience with:

·         Spring MVC architecture

·         Spring MVC request flow

·         Dspatcher Servlet and its initialization (Multipart resolver, locale resolver, view resolvers, etc..)

·         REST Based Services and differences between SOAP and REST

·         Spring annotations for REST based applications (@Controller, @Request Mapping, @Path Variable, etc)

·         Spring bean scopes

·         Hibernate & JDBC

·         Session Factory and Session

·         Lazy Loading and its advantages

·         Handling transactions using Hibernate

·         Functionality of annotations like @Temporal, @embedded, @attributeOverride, @Transient, etc.

Nice to Have Skills: ExtJS, Drools, Activiti BPM
