Position : Business Analyst

Location : Boston, MA

Interview : Telephonic then F2F

Duration : 6+ Months

No. of vacancy : 4

 

·  4 BA positions open / phone screen then in person interveiews 

·  Manager is focused on BAs who are documentation specialists

·  Managers want specific experience with the CCAR process, the FR Y-14 A and FR Y-14Q reports

·  business analysts with regulatory reporting experience particularly around the area of compliance and internal controls

·  Manager looking for these analysts to interview client's process/data owners to create process flows and narratives.

·  The BAs are supporting the Finance Regulatory Solutions group

·  Ability to conduct process documentation meetings and asked targeted questions to identify risks, controls, control gaps, and processes improvement opportunities 

·  Ability to capture activity steps and controls in end to end processes and translate to Visio diagram 

·  Ability to develop controls matrices and end to end process narratives 

·  Effectively identify risk points and associated controls 

·  Assess for control gaps within the processes against best practices 

·  Organize and maintain library of documents 

·  Proficiency in Visio, MS Word/Excel

·  Experience with the CCAR process, the FR Y-14 A and FR Y-14Q reports
