·         Strong LDAP conceptual knowledge

·         Hands on experience in UNIX

·         Working experience in IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-business

·         Working experience in IBM Security Access Manager for Web

·         Working experience in IBM Security Directory Server

·         Working experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server

·         Hands on experience on TAM/SAM integration with IBM WAS

·         Working experience in IBM TAM to SAM migration

·         Working experience in IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator

·         Working experience in IBM Access Manager APIs

·         Good knowledge on Networking

·         Good knowledge on SSL and encryption Non-Technical:

·         Good written and verbal communication is a must

·         Experience in dealing with customers directly and work in a global delivery model.

 

Role Description: 
The primary responsibility of the associate is to perform the role of SME/Technical lead for the project that aims at migration of applications from existing IBM TAM 6.0 environment to IBM SAM 8.0 environment System Study and Analysis Define migration approach Define integration design Acts as the technical SPOC and assist the team of developers and testers Interface with client stakeholders.

 

Desirable Skills:

·         IBM Tivoli Access Manager Certification.

·         IBM Security Access Manager Certification.

·         Knowledge on Novell eDirectory Server.
