Contract Role
Location: Salisbury, NC
Description
- Practical experience in leading large network infrastructure projects
- Experience in collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements
- Experience in creating network design. Leading cross functional design sessions and creating and documenting detail designs
- Experience in creating network implementation and cutover plans
- Experience in creating test plans and run books
- Working knowledge of wired and wireless network routing, switching and security technologies
- Working knowledge of active directory and integration with data center devices and servers
- Experience in coordinating with network carriers
Program/Project Management
- Experience in leading large, multi-discipline, outcome-focused programs
- Experience in building and managing a program budget comprised of project-level and resource-driven finances
- Experience in leading a matrix team including internal, external, and partner resources
Certifications/Training
- Training/certification and experience in technologies such as Unix, Wintel, Storage, WAN and LAN networking
- Strong Cisco hardware and management platform experience
- Effective Program/Project Management methodologies and tools, i.e., PMI and MS Project
