Position : SENIOR Drupal Developer

Location:  Bethesda, Maryland

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: Phone then Skype

 

 

Locals who can go for Face to Face interview, will be considered first.

 

 

 

Required skills/experience:

-   Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

-   Experience developing, modifying, and debugging custom Drupal modules.

-   Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

-   Proficient in Drupal including custom module development, key contributed modules and core API

-   Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS 3 and JavaScript/jQuery

-   Experience with Acquia hosting environment

 

Must have:
- A good understanding of the Drupal PAC and Theme Layer
- Experience working with distributed teams
- A fair understanding of Drupal module development
- Understanding of how to do deployment using configuration management - instead just manipulating the database directly
- An  understanding of built-in analysis and testing tools such as PHPSniffer, Coder Module, etc.
- Experience running Unit and Acceptance Tests as standard coding practices using PHPUnit, behat, etc.
