Hiring for ServiceNow Developer at Philadelphia, PA ,Need locals only

Position: ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 3-6 months with probable extension

Interview: Phone then Face to Face

 

We have a need for a ServiceNow Developer/Admin for a client near Philadelphia, PA.  The client is currently using ServiceNow but, is adding enhancements and improvements.   Looking for someone with 8+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of solid ServiceNow experience in development and admin.   

Main task will be to create process flows and build them into ServiceNow.  Enhance or update existing ServiceNow work flows for process improvements or break fix.  Assist with ServiceNow upgrade.

 Skills and Experience: 

• Strong ServiceNow configuration experience including building workflows and integrating them with 3rd party systems.
• ITIL certification/knowledge a plus.
• Integration experience a plus.
• QA background a plus, to help build test plans for the upgrade, update documentation and possibly train the end user community.
