Job Description
o Experience in Web service Automation Testing, SOA, SOAP UI
o Experience in Selenium Automation
o Experience into Investment Banking domain and knowledge in FIX and end to end trade flows of Equities, Options, and Mutual fund Trading platforms.
o Experience in understanding of compliance rules and FINRA regulations for Trading platforms.
o Experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, QA Process and Test Mgmt tools like ALM/JIRA.
o QA experience in working on multi projects from different locations and priorities in fast paced Agile Environments.
o Experience in defining/executing/maintaining the Business Process Testing framework and deriving detailed use cases from High Level requirements.
o Good oral and written communication skills inside the firm as well as with outside vendor companies.
o Should be a effective communicator with strong People Management, Coordination, Analytical and Self-Motivated/Problem-Solving skills.
o Team leadership experiences, proficiency with formal documentation, complex pattern recognition and analytical approach preferred.
