Dear Ameen saab,
Teaching is not an attractive profession because:
1. Remuneration not par with market. (If it is on par with other professions that is like Denmark then it will be good).
2. Change in the mindset of students as more information is available and necessity of teacher becoming irrelevant.
3. Lack of respect in the society because of some black sheep.
4. Governments and public's lack of support.
