As many of our life events (birth, parents, relations, friends, money, love, property, neighbor, marriage and death) are just chances, career too of the same nature. Still, the chance given should be realized for its own worth and such that we use the chance at its most worthiness. those who don't realize such chances given are the ones generally don't value them, i.e., birth, parents, relations, friends, money, love, property, neighbor, career, marriage and death.
In short, if we are able to really understand the worth of the chance given be it career or whatever, we really put our best on it. Its my humble opinion.

Nothing wrong in choosing teaching as a chance, but fail to standardize, causes worry.

Dear Professors,
Teaching profession has become a chance for many and only few can be found passionate about it.
We had conducted a research at many colleges of Bangalore and Mangalore, Karnataka on this issue and found that nearly 70% of teaching professionals have taken this profession as a chance but not as a choice.
How can we expect good results when teachers are not passionate about their job?
Please extend your views on this issue.
