1. Professor Vemuganti's view of IT is right. However, in the areas of high end IT services, like, predictive analytics, cloud computing or AI related computing like deep learning - lot of persons would be on demand even after a decade.
2. With growing population, healthcare sector is expected to flourish. Since India provides low cost medical treatment, health tourism will also develop. Thus, the demand for skilled persons in healthcare domain will continue to rise even after a decade.
3. Food and hospitality sector will continue to grow. There would be more and more jobs in this sector.
4. In BFSI sector there will be jobs, and of course higher than other sectors but the number will be very less as compared to its past.
5. The new sector of alternative energy will come up with enormous potential employing large number of persons
5. Most interestingly, with increase in telecom bandwidth, there will be demand for home based part time service providers in the areas of education and training, business consultancy, market research
6. All the above is subject to country's social, political and economic stability.
