What is he looking for:

·         Strong SAS Developers

·         Strong Unix Scripting is a MUST

·         Batch Development SAS and Unix Integration

·         PL/SQL is a Nice to Have

 

What has NOT worked:

·         Candidates that are Business Analytics focused

·         Candidates that are Risk Modelling focused

·         Poor to No Unix Scripting (could not pass Riswan's tech)
