Description   ·         Role: Experience with major datacenter technologies and multiple vendors like EMC , HP and Dell. ·         Experience with OS like Solaris, Linux, Unix, Windows & Virtualized infrastructure like HyperV, VMware. ·         Experience in data center design, Capacity analysis. ·         Ability to suggest next generation solution and data center upgrades. ·         Knowledge of Storage and Database solutions. ·         Experience with Converged and Hyper converged systems like Vblock would be added advantage. ·         Good client communication and client reporting. ·         Incident and configuration management. ·         Good project management skills and handling small to large scale projects to completion. ·         Should possess good vendors coordination and follow escalation procedures. Desirable: ·         Good understanding of ITIL framework. ·         ITIL Certification. ·         Abiolity to suggest hardware and should be able to prepare BoM (Bill of Material). ·         Prefer to have mulitple certifications in the Data center domain.
