Title : Senior Business/Product Analyst
Location : Sunnyvale, CA
Duration : 6-12+ Months
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct requirements workshops with different stakeholders to identify and model business processes, and translate them into application requirements that are actionable for software engineers
· Document Requirements into Use cases or Stories / Features, and ability to quickly document process flows and work flows.
· Make recommendations and proposals for implementation of business process and customer experience
· Responsible for end-to-end functional/solution design for product features
· Help define and prioritize product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional groups including product management, Operations and engineering teams
· Ability to do quick wireframes to demonstrate the functional capabilities to stakeholders.
· Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
· Work with engineers during development phase to provide early feedback/clarification.
· Write functional test cases and also test and certify product releases to ensure quality in various phases of SDLC.
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in Eliciting, Collecting, Developing requirements and technical documentation.
· Trained in Agile development methodology with good knowledge of a System/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management
· Familiarity with network gears (Ex: Juniper, Cisco, Arista & etc.), Switches, Routers, Ports and networking concepts like Peering, TCP/IP etc.
· Knowledge and experience in database technologies and data analysis
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly on complex project plans, design and technical issues and with good presentation skills
· Familiarity with Web application and API development and technologies.
· Working experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Visio, Word and PowerPoint is required.
· Experience working on carrier networks, pops, exchanges or similar network related products/solutions would be a plus.
