We need Minimum 10+Yrs total exp.
• Work with Strategic Business Units, Functional Centers of Excellence, IT Functional Areas and other application areas to determine requirements.
• Evaluate existing applications to determine required improvements.
• Define and document business and functional requirements through written external/internal specifications.
• Re-engineer business processes in a format that is useful to SBU, SW test, IT, Program Governance and CSC.
• Utilize software development lifecycle methods, approaches, and techniques.
• Interact and lead software development group in change control, issues resolution, requirements gathering, analysis and design, risk analysis, risk mitigation, programming/construction, unit testing, integrated, regression and performance testing and transition of applications into a production environment.
• Work closely with BTL, IT Project Owner, TPL, Project Manager and others on software releases by performing project scoping activities, writing software component specs, requirements and use cases, tracking tasks, and milestones.
• Verify that requirements are testable and generate testing objectives.
• Meet project schedules on-time and in-budget
• Support application/infrastructure and architecture subprojects within ongoing production environments.
• Ability to perform needs assessment, make recommendations, and execute change.
• Planning, organization and prioritizing skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
