ü L3 support - Analyzing, Fixing and deployment of L3 production incidents. Coordinate with offshore team.
ü Development/Build - Coding, Unit Testing, perform code reviews, conduct independent testing
ü Testing - lead the team for system/integration testing and contribute in all such activities
ü Troubleshooting, debugging, analysis
ü Designing, Estimation

Mandatory skills* Pega PRPC 6.x/7.x
Good to have skills* Java/J2EE Independently drive project with client stakeholders from a design/architecture point of view Experience in client + onsite/offshore coordination Experience in Agile methodology

Tech Lead:
· At least 7 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems
· At least 3-5 years' in depth hand's on application development experience in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x and
· Should be certified CSSA in Pega PRPC v7.x/6.x
· At least 2 years' experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Java script/CSS), .Net or any object oriented programming language
