Dear All,

after reading such documents, I hope some of those ignorant lawyers with little or no knowledge of international law, who think the "joining" issue is based only on lack of a "Union Treaty" will have to think again. Such documents about Muna's acknowledgements at the UN show the intention of the parties, if those intentions were achieved and if the parties accepted the outcome. Muna's statements at the UN (as head of Southern Cameroons delegation) cannot be wished away. Other such statements, documents etc. cannot be wished away. Strong evidence must be searched to counter such documents to show that the intentions of the parties were never met, and Southern Cameroons never accepted the outcome.

We cannot pin our future and that of our children on a non joining case based on lack of Union Treaty alone even though we know we might struggle to win it simply because we have been mis-educated in that way for 25 years and leave the case we can win simply because some of these lawyers with little education and from very bad schools for that matter mis-advised Southern Cameroonian politicians to stick to this "No Union Treaty" rubbish as if it is the alpha and omega of the issue when it is not, because some of these lawyers hiding in America had personal problems in Limbe 20 years ago with Fon Ndinka who took a winning position by zeroing into Restoration Law 84/1, or because Tumasang has come out 25 years after, destroyed the previous hackneyed legal positions with well considered reasoning and advised a totally different approach with a Model that stands whether there was a legal joining or not. THE TRUTH WILL SET US FREE.

Could this mean there was a Union? Could this be the reason LRC, UK and UN are silent about our cases?. Could this be the reason the UN said our case is closed and the UK said we rounded up the UNION?

This makes  Divine's suggestion of Foumban II useless.

This release by HRH Gorji Dinka  must be taken seriously. Suggests that  we focus on 1984 and Law of creation and dissolution of States, to win hands down.
