i think it enters the logic of their old antics. These gentlemen were arrested in a restaurant in Molyko where there was no meeting yet. We were there the whole day, they won't give us a charge sheet or even explain to us why they were remanding our people. They themselves say the police charged them for 'unauthorised gathering in a public place'...whatever that means. They are however very worried that a new crop of young people are taking up the issue with a lot of commitment and that all of them came from various subdivisions in Ambazonia. The police were generally very hostile to counsel and would not allow us access to them.
We tried to put pressure that they charge them to court immediately in vain as the state counsel insisted that it can only be on Tuesday 26th July.
