Re: [MTC Global] Want to become an effective executive? Let’s do this!

The  last advise is truly powerful. It tests every belief one holds ; it develops the ability to see through every challenge to find a solution/ an answer; it sharpens one's intuition and develops empathy-the true test of manager .Resilience and grit become a part of the psyche as does joy and happiness and a true sense of achievement

A Year With Peter Drucker Summary

The author of this book, Joseph A. Maciariello, used to be one of Drucker's close companions, before the latter died in 2005

If you're a manager, hold a leadership position, or aspiring to one or the other, this one's for you. Here are 3 lessons from the book:

  • Start using feedback analysis to learn about your strengths and weaknesses early on.
  • Work on your concentration and information literacy.
  • Take a sabbatical to develop your skills in the non-profit sector.

Want to become an effective executive? Let's do this!
