Title: SQL Developer with ETL (Local Or Nearby)
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: 6 Months
Interview: Phone and Skype
Note:
As a SQL Developer, you'll query, create and update tables, perform joins, unions, subqueries, and create stored procedures. You must also be able to analyze the data, recognize trends and assist management in strategy for how to best take advantage of the data.
Required Skills:
· 4-5+ years hand-on SQL complex development coding - specifically within a Data Warehouse environment
· Strong relational database experience (our client is utilizing Teradata, but is open to candidates with Oracle or SQL Server)
· Experience working in a Data Mart environment (dimensional data, dimensional modeling, star schema, etc.)
· Ability to query, create and update tables
· Ability to perform joins, unions, subqueries, and create complex stored procedures
· Experience with a Business Intelligence platform (our client is utilizing MicroStrategy, but is open to candidates with other BI platforms like Cognos, BusinessObjects, etc.)
