Job title:     QA Functional Tester
Location:    Irving, TX
Duration:   12 Months 

Roles and responsibilities:
"Provides testing for allocated unit as per standards
Provides Defect reporting, Management and tracking and Analysis
Adheres to quality standards/process and time schedules
Participates in Test plan preparation
Defines sequence of test execution activities and run plan. 
Attends meetings for functional query and resolution.
Reviews and Guides Test Executors / Test engineers in test execution and domain
Provides Effective and efficient Test Planning, Scoping, Estimation and Execution
Reviews the work delivered by testers.
Guides/drives team towards correct solution.
Mentors test engineers/executors and other junior members within the team on the domain and testing.

Skills:
Agile
Specializes in functional testing 
In depth knowledge of business domain
In depth knowledge of testing concepts
Skilled level Database knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate knowledge of testing tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
