Here is HOT  Oracle Senior DBA with Real Application Clusters (OracleRAC on Linux/UNIX) experience. requirement  for your consultants at Atlanta, GA.

 Title: Oracle Senior DBA with Real Application Clusters (OracleRAC on Linux/UNIX) experience.

Duration:  6 months

Location: Phone than F2F, Only local candidates!

Job Description:

·         Must have experience in EBS 12.2 upgrade and good knowledge of Unix & Linux

·         Oracle Application DBA having 10-12 years of experience working with Oracle Apps

·         R12/R12.1.x/R12.2.4, OEM12c/13c, 10g/11g/12c RAC/ASM DB's.

·         Expertise in Performance tuning is mandatory.

·         Should have experience in shared Appl_top/application tier configurations, Cloning, PCP setup, administration of R12.2

·         Must have experience of driving and executing end-to-end upgrade to Oracle EBS R12.2.5 from

·         Oracle EBS R12/R12.1 and Database 11g/12c.

·         Must have hands on experience in installing, configuring and administering E-Business environments

·         Responsible for setting up DR environment, DataGuard, standby database and supporting periodic DR drill

·         Should be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills during upgrades, experienced in regular Oracle Apps DBA support activities and capable of resolving critical issues

·         Should be able to provide consulting in areas of upgrade downtime management, performance issues during upgrades, upgrade issue management.

·         Should demonstrate excellent leadership skills working in close co-ordination with all stakeholders viz. customer, Oracle and internal.

·         Should efficiently manage escalations and customer expectations

·         Troubleshooting issues while patching (ADOP), JDK upgrade.

·         Applying quarterly PSU's and CPU's to databases and applications troubleshooting PCP and concurrent manager issues

·         Preferably working experience in implementing Single Sign on for Oracle EBS 11i/R12 using

·         Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, OAM and OID

·         Must have the ability to set strategy, articulate and demonstrate both deep and broad

·         knowledge across multiple areas of infrastructure technology

·         Good understanding of core support processes and Change Management

·         You'll also be proficient in Oracle Enterprise Manager / Grid Control, Oracle Applications

·         Manager and Shell scripting.

·         Should have good leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Capable of working with Offshore/onsite execution model.

 

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
