UNIX admin with storage

Skills Required:
- Incident Management
- V.Good English/ Tech: Overall L3 in Unix+ Linux & Solaris,+ DevOps experience preferred.
- Have good basic understanding on Storage and backup
- Unix Admin (Mandatory)
- Linux Admin
- Solaris Admin
Description:
o As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.
o Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
o Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.
o Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management.
o Conduct periodic reviews with teams.
o Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
o Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.
o Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
o Drive service improvement programs.
o Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement
o Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.
o Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.
