Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Strong Siebel Developer/Administrator to join their client's team

 

The Role:

·         Senior Siebel CRM development administrative background

·         Application monitoring services from Oracle - SIEBEL AMS (expensive)

·         Use AMS to be more proactive in troubleshooting AMS, before the people in the field call and complain

·         Interacting with call center agents to diagnose and understand issues

·         Hands on with coming up with solution after they diagnose the issue
