Title: SQL Data Analyst (USC OR GC)

Position Overview:
As part of this group, you will predominantly be involved in architecting and designing data warehouse solutions. You will be a primary contributor in developing, testing and deploying key data warehouses, data marts and will be working with cutting edge technology. This role will prepare you for significant career growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Architect and design Data Warehouse infrastructure and solutions
• Develop technical specifications and design documents
• Develop, enhance, and integrate Data Warehouses/Data Marts and Business Intelligence Solutions
• Test Data Warehouses/Data Marts
• Deploy and maintain Data Warehouses/Data Marts
Health Plan Manager is a high visibility project leveraging Microsoft's PDW appliance and SQL Server technology. The data team has around 20 database developers in the US and India with the majority of the US team working out of Eden Prairie. We work closely with application developers, the operations support team, business analysts and business users. The work will be a combination of new development, maintenance, as well as, troubleshooting production issues.
Required Qualifications:
· College / Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
· Strong understanding of metadata structures including experience working with metadata scheme and structure, metadata syntax, schema and hyper-mapping
· 5+ years of Data Analysis experience
· 5+ years of experience with SQL
· Must have some experience with SQLite (Highly Preferred)
· 2+ years of experience with XML
