Java Tech Lead /PA /6+months
We are looking for Java Tech for an immediate need. The applicants should have good experience in Java Tech Lead role.
Minimum;9+years experience

Responsibilities:
• Developing and designing technical solutions based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements following the Agile process
• Producing high-quality code to meet all project deadlines and ensuring the functionality matches the requirements
• Analyzing and resolving issues found during the testing or pre-production phases of the software delivery lifecycle; coordinating changes with project team leaders and cross-work team members
• Providing technical leadership to project team members and responding to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs
• Interacts with data architects, other tech leads, team members and project manager as required addressing technical and scheduling issues.
• Suggests and implements process improvements for estimating, development and testing processes.
Required:
• BS Degree in Computer Science or applicable programming area of study
• Must demonstrate experience designing & delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation
• Proficiency in Analysis, Design, Build, and Deployment of Java applications. Experience developing solutions within an Application Container; experience developing Java services and web services.
• Experience with Database access methods and simple SQL constructs. Experience with ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA, EclipseLink).
• Familiarity with key business concepts and challenges of investment-processing components such as portfolio accounting, asset data and operations
• Understand Asynchronous and Synchronous transactions and processing. Experience with JMS, MDBs.
• Work experience with any of the following – Linux/UNIX/Solaris/AIX.
• Work experience in developing Web Applications with Java Script, HTML, JSPs, JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular. Experience with MVC frameworks such as Struts and Spring.
• Multiple project working experience with SQL Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database and UNIX
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong system/ technical analysis skills

Senior Java Developer Position-5

The successful candidate must have 6-8 years of Java/J2EE/Web/UI/Front-End design/development experience. You must be capable of directing development of complex interactive functionality for various applications. We are seeking a candidate that demonstrates a passion for keeping current with technical trends and develops and incorporates them within assignments as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
· Development and deployment of software products
· Perform software requirements analysis through engagement with project managers, project sponsors, business analysts and clients
· Software development and application maintenance
· Software design and engineering
· Provide leadership to software development teams and mentor junior staff
· Evaluation of existing software architecture, proposing new directions, developing change management plans, and leading change
· Strong Knowledge of Iterative/Agile Development Methodologies
Required Skills:
• Strong Knowledge in: .Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA,XML/XSLT, JAX-WS/ JAX-RS Web Service, Weblogic 10.x, Eclipse, Oracle 11g
• Solid Understanding & Experience with – Javascript, HTML, JQuery, BootStrap, Spring MVC
• Solid understanding of object oriented (OO) analysis and design principles and demonstrated proficiency/expert knowledge in OO design with Solid understanding of design patterns
