Role: IVR Tester (QA)

Location: San Ramon, CA

Work Duration: Contract

Interview: Phone/ Skype

 

Required Experience and Technical Skills:-

Technical Test Lead | Functional Testing | IVR Testing

7 years of IT experience in Software Analysis, Design, Testing and Automation of IVR, CTI VoIP.

Proficient in Manual and Automation testing tools like Empirix Hammer Call Master Cyara.

Experience with QA Methodology and QA Validations to ensure Quality Assurance Control.

Strong in Analyzing Business Specs and Developing Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Cases and executing them.

Expertise in SQL, UNIX, Test Planning and Writing Test Cases. Experience in setting up Test Equipment, Troubleshooti
