[MTC Global] Management Teachers' Personal Score Card

Dear All,

Here is a check-list for developing your own Personal Score Card

Teacher needs to be a great storyteller in order to deliver a unique and highly personalized learning experience for the students, with compelling content that resonates and differentiates teacher's personal branding.

Teacher needs to be empathetic by actively listening and understanding the student's needs, wants and the pain points that are making them tense.

Teacher needs to build an amazing team by adopting leadership styles to engage and inspire students to perform at their best.

Teacher needs to be measure impact by being able to predict which co-curricular activity will deliver the best long-term value,

Teacher needs to encourage innovation by spotting opportunities for innovation and growth, and encourage the student teams to do so by giving them the space for experimentation, even if it means failing on some occasions.

Teacher needs to be agile by being able to think big and move fast on opportunities that will help differentiate institutional brand among competitors.

Teacher needs to be resourceful to lead and run their department as a Center of Excellence, in order to channelize new insights, review strategies and plans, and engage and collaborate on academic initiatives end-to-end.

Teacher needs to be collaborative by leveraging the talent and skill sets they have across the organization.

Teacher needs to challenge the status-quo by questioning why things are done in a certain way in the past, and they are not bound by these conventions and rules if there is a better way to do something.

Teacher ultimately needs to get stuff done by channelizing their creativity in a disciplined way to drives better results.
