Description:
Our client, a major auto manufacturer, has a need for a Junior SAP eWM Consultant to join their team in Spartanburg SC.
We are looking for an onsite consultant with basic skills in SAP WM (or eWM) and a good understanding of the material flow systems (optional MFS) components and its telegram interface toward the programmable logic controllers. Experience in ticket processes with multi-level escalation processes is a plus.
Remarks:
We are now looking for a youngster/starter Onsite-Consultant with basic skills in SAP-WM (& optional eWM) and a good understanding of the material flow systems (optional MFS) components and its telegram interface towards the programmable logic controllers (PLC) … and experience in involvement in ticket processes with multi-level escalation processes … and the requirements of managing SLAs as my colleague wrote in his summary last week and the ability for staying or relocating to South Carolina etc. etc..
Task and Project Description:
•Consulting business requirements (change request) and managing TPA-Tool
•Managing changes, downtimes, business events etc. in coordination with plant team
•Interface to the IT Operations Team and Business.
•Attender at Common Standard Warehouse and Common Special Warehouse.
•Managing system log from an IT point of view and acting on Common Standard Warehouse/Common Special Warehouse - relevant messages (errors, dumps & notifiers ).
•Solving problem tickets in collaboration with global responsible application operation
•Local Common Standard Warehouse/Common Special Warehouse -Testmanager for application and PLCs changes before they go into production.
•Accompanying the go-lives of changes.
•Trainer for Key-Users
•Approving system access (access request comes from Key User).
