Your point is worthy of note. A negative point I have noticed over the
years is that some people who shout at roof tops for accountability
are people who never contribute but are internet activists and field
marshals. Rather than encourage they discourage and poison the minds
of others. Under normal circumstances the steward accounts to the
master, and leader to the members he is responsible to.
Without counting cost of production, possible waste, how many cards
have been printed and other overheads, you have quickly easily seen
200 cool million Frs. generated. How this helps, the answer is blowing
in the winds.
On the question of the poor who can't afford one hundred Frs. for a
card, care has been taken of and those on the field have been told
what to do. Top priority is given to every bona fide BSC filling the
Form as of right and patriotic duty.
As for the Buea case, it is scheduled for Nov. 2, 2016, all things
being equal, and reason for its not coming up on 30th Sept as planned
is more than speculated reasons given by some of us here.
