Some more aspects may have to be considered, in my opinion, to confirm culture-compatibility of future workforce:
- agility,
- mission and value alignment,
- performance focus,
- ownership of responsibility,

Thank you Prof. Waghodekar,
We choose conducted a study last year on Employability Skills of Teachers. In that context, we reviewed extensively research in this area. Incidentally, there was no study on teachers. All studies were employability in industry, business, commerce , etc.
Across such studies and some propositions, we found a basket of 32 skills. There are overlaps in terms of coining of terminologies of employability skills.Regards,

However, there are some core skills and values, independent of time like building positive attitude, sensitive for target achievement, transactional skills, love for work, etc. The said research no doubt is a very valuable contribution in identifying the skills required for a specific situation.
