Re: [MTC Global] TEN SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE WORKFORCE 2020

Thanks  Prof. M Mukhopadhyay,

What I understand this is one of the approaches that identifies  certain skills for present/future generations.  However, there are some core skills and values, independent of time like building positive attitude, sensitive for target achievement, transactional skills, love for work, etc. The said research no doubt is a very valuable contribution in identifying the skills required for a specific situation.

We talk about, for instance:

  1. 10 Graduate skills
  2. Management skills
  3. Generic skills
  4. Life long skills,
  5. 6 Skills never taught in schools
  6. Unlearning 3 skills taught in schools like every problem has a single answer (as given in a book), success or failure, real-life solution, etc.
  7. Teaching skills, etc.
