Job Description:

Converting client requirements into business and functional requirements

Excellent interfacing and communication skills for internal and external customers

Creating mock-ups and wireframes; in particular, experience with Axure

Creating test plans/cases and UAT scripts, leading UAT sessions

Excellent writing skills for authoring user manuals and training guides

Working in a fast paced environment, being able to work independently

Assist in the facilitating of meetings with CMS stakeholders to elicit and develop business requirements, system process diagrams, user stories, and test cases.

Assist in the development of business process models (BPM's).

 

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements.

Demonstrated experience creating mock-ups and wireframes; in particular, experience with Axure.

Experience creating test plans/cases and UAT scripts, leading UAT sessions.

Excellent writing skills for authoring user manuals and training guides

Strong writing, speaking and organization skills.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude; strong dedication to customer service.

Bachelor's degree.

Detail oriented.

Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Prior experience/knowledge of Salesforce.
