Duration: 6 Months
CRM Requirements & Skills:
- 3+ (prefer 5 just not sure how many resources are available with that depth) years' experience with Oracle Retail CRM Customer Master and Contact Center modules
- At least 1 engagement that the resource performed the for Configuration of CRM
- 3+ years' experience in Retail
- 5+ years in CRM solutions including at least two engagements using the above products
- Engagements that have included ATG/Endeca and OMS
- 8+ years' experience in consulting overall
- Experience with PCI security standards is a plus
