Re: [MTC Global] Can video really work in management schools?

Video is an accessory created with a hope the classroom game (performance)  will move in the right direction, with certain benefits like interactive feedback, simplyflying concepts so as to achieve their fast grasping, etc. But it has its own limitations like both teacher & taught friendly with the tool and technology,   enhanced emotional involvement, liveliness, body language and eye contact,  investment in terms of both time and fund, etc.

Video can be really a good game changer in all schools-primary to tertiary.

Subject: [MTC Global] Can video really work in management schools?

Dear All,
Can video really work in management schools?
Visit to the site RedesignChallenge.org leads to another report,"The Game Changer - Using video to achieve high performance in the classroom"
  • In order for teachers to grow from observation processes, feedback must be understood and accepted by teachers.
  • Traditional observation and feedback are often replete with challenges and inadequacies, including subjective scoring and insufficient content expertise, making it hard for teachers to recognize them as valid and worthwhile.
Warm regards,
G.S.Autee
