Technical/Functional Skills	:	·        6+ years of experience ·        High proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements ·        Hands on experience of Java, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, XML, JavaScript. ·        Exposure to Web Services, SOA, XML,Oracle. ·        Experience in creating understanding documents based on available source code, knowledge of any tool related to this will be added advantage.
Experience Required	:	Should have good knowledge and experience of working with Java and related technology.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Programming and work with customer for requirements
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Should be able to interact with offshore team and customer. Provide project status on daily basis.
