A good topic for open discussion and introspection!!
I think in addition to conventional and new specialization a B School should also teach subjects those can broaden the views and horizon of a future B-Leader and can nurture him as a social change leader.
Would like to suggest some as
* Interpersonal Relationships.
*Value system
* Environment ( not only natural but social as well)
* Cross culture Relationship
These are a very few, MTCians can suggest number of like subject!!
