Re: @Nfor Gala: Re: [cameroon_politics] Re: [camnetwork] AYAH: "NOT JUST DIALOGUE"

Dear Comrade Tumassang,
I saw a headline in one of the newspapers asking for a reorganization of the SCNC. We do not need to overemphasize this. The leaders, please come together and make strategies. We know you have worked hard, but we want you to work much harder now. To the rest of us let us unite and support these people who are working hard for us. We do not have time to play politics here. Right now we should learn to work with one another, keep away intrigues and ask ourselves if we seek personal recognition or we are genuinely devoted to freeing our nation for our children. Let us learn good habits now, use them through the revolution and keep them for all time. Let us their lend support to the SCNC as the group that is massively present on the ground and get success first. Then of course we will have the number of political outfits we will choose, all to compete with each other for advancing our development.
Ngwa Ntonufor.

Dear Comrade,

this is time for the SCNC to project itself on the ground and make its impact felt. The SCNC is unfortunately absent on the ground at this critical juncture. In the past, when Paul Biya visited Bamenda, the SCNC was again characteristically absent on the ground and would not make even a simple statement about the visit.

Please recalibrate and give interviews that Cameroonians on the ground hear, make statements relevant to issues on the ground at this time of strikes etc. This internet writing on theoretical legalese at this juncture is not helpful at all. One would be excused for thinking the SCNC is dead since its presence is never felt at the time when it is needed most. It is as if it is being done intentionally by members of the SCNC to kill the SCNC. Most Cameroonians on the ground do not read these theories we write here on camnet, Cameroon politics, ambasbay etc.

MY DEAR MUSHI FON,

Thanks for this piece of information about Betow for those who have
never known and those who go about trumpeting "our brothers" east of
the Mungo. This said may I observe that based on what we know you know
and believe, we least expect this " It is actually fellows like this
massa Nyangnte Daniel guy that actually cause many an Anglophone to be
more radicalized and calling for an all out Secession instead of a
Federation." coming from your informed mind.

We need neither Betow nor Nyangnte Daniel to reveal the
incontrovertible truth, namely, that there was never any federal union
forged between BSC and LRC in 1961 and that the two former UN Trust
territories are distinct with equal rights to sovereign self existence
under UN Charter and finally that even if there was any union, based
on the principle of self-determination, and inherent and eternal right
of any nation and people, the union could on mutual agreement be
dissolved or at the instance of any member. BSC is not seceeding from
LRC for it was never an integral part of before independence or at
independence. LRC is the successor state of French Cameroun which
inherited its colonial boundaries based on defined treaties. And
forget not the international principle of uti possedetis juris and the
critical date and the AU Constitutive Act Art. 4(b).

Massa, how do you secede from what you were never an integral part?
BSC is restoring its distinct identity within its inherited
international boundaries defined by treaties. South Sudan seceded from
Sudan, fresh boundary separating the two had to be negotiated and
agreed upon. As was the case with end of Senegambia new boundary
negotiation and defination will not be the case with restoration of
the statehood of BSC, LRC's bad faith notwithstanding.
