table an emergency Bill to the Parliament before the end of this
Parliamentary Session of November 2016.
The Bill concerns the present crises faced by Anglophones that began
with the Common Law Lawyers, Teachers and progressively magneting
Nurses, Taxi Drivers, Civil Servants, Civil Society ETC...
This Bill to be tabled should be subject to "Federation or Secession?"
to be voted in the National Assembly before 30th November 2016.
We are aware of the human and material damages caused by the forces of
law and order violating the constitutional rights of Cameroonians of
Commonwealth Origin.
I fear that if this Bill is not passed in Parliament, the academic
year 2016/2017 will serve a sacrifice of Peace to stabilize and
restore the integrity of the Southern Cameroons, Common Law system,
Education system and probably may lead to the automatic restoration of
the British Southern Cameroons as a State.
Honorable, Pass this Bill let it be rejected and make it known that a
Bill of such was passed and rejected.
